Haitian Woman Found Dead Inside a Water Drum
Petit-Goâve, Haiti A woman, Rosedanie B.B., was found dead, drowned head-down inside a water drum. It occurred in the house where Rosedanie was living with at least eleven other people. One of her housemates said Rosedanie was drunk when she stumbled and fell into the drum. The authorities judged this statement as "unclear" and have arrested the housemate for failure to assist a person in danger. Rosedanie leaves behind three children. |
