It's a totally preventable accident. Just stop the truck further away from those boxes on the ground and use a ramp to slide down that machine. They shouldn't have tried to unload it at an angle on that forklift.

Like the Umbrella corporation on "Silent Hill".. When I was pursuing my graduate degree at Minotaur State University we would always provide clean showers mats and rub the lotion on our skin prior to getting in the pool  |
