Dump Truck Pops Tire and Slams into Car Killing a Football Player
A horror accident occurred on Tuesday morning on the Capital Ring Road, in the area of Mogoșoaia in Ilfov County, Romania. Ionuț Dogaru, a footballer for the 5th league team AS Inter Purani, died at the age of 30, following the tragic event. Ionuț Dogaru had a terrible end. Police say it all happened after a dump truck tire blew out. The driver lost control of the large vehicle and crashed head-on into the car driven by Ionuț. The impact was so strong that the concrete barriers between the two directions were shattered. The dump truck driver escaped with minor injuries, but the AS Inter Purani player died. The truck driver was tested with breathalyzers and drug tests, both results were negative. Police have opened a criminal case for manslaughter.   |
