Grocery Store Owner Shot Dead In Front of His Store
A man identified as Valdeli G.d.S., 54, owner of a small grocery store, was shot dead on Friday morning (24) in São Pedro do Glória, Minas Gerais state, Brazil. The victim was talking to a few men - one of whom was his brother - in front of the market when two criminals on a motorcycle approached and fired shots at close range. According to information released by the police, an employee at Valdeli's store reported that her boss had a lawsuit against a person who owed him money. According to her, this person exchanged checks but stopped paying, generating a debt of R$12,000 (just over $2,000). |
