No I actually think she can benefit a great deal from reconstructive surgery. If you stop the video at certain points you can see that her face isn't gone. It's still present in the form of a large flap that has most of her nose and the entire bottom part of her face attached.

The large "hole" in the middle of her face seems to be her nasal/mouth cavities. She has a hell of pain and surgery to go through but I'm certain it'll help.

Looks like the kind of injury you see when seatbelt use fails, or... when a motorcycle hits a car from the side, the person's face impacting the stiff edge of a car's roof. Brutal! Almost no matter what, she'll be disfigured for life.
