That's the stupidest fucking thing I've read all day. I could permanently blind you with one swing of a baseball bat to your head, permanently damage your ability to even think with 2, and kill you with 3. Most people could. In this specific incident, yes, the gunshot was premature. But subtract the taser and pit yourself, unarmed, against someone who's wailing on your head with a bat and you'll be ready to call artillery down on them. So yeah, your comment is inarguably retarded. |

Well, I'm normally a "shoot that dumb, armed non-complying cunt's ass!" kind of guy but I think the situation could have been handled better. Why didn't all the officers just tazer him simultaneously? That surely would have dropped his ass or at least made him drop the bat. Suspect seemed mentally ill and I don't like to see nutjobs off their meds just shot like that unless he was an immediate danger with a ranged weapon. It seems to me it was poorly handled. But I did enjoy the way he just dropped, and the shout of the black woman" Oh. My. God! You are so stupid!"  |
