Seemed truck had right of way; traffic was moving ahead in his lanes, and the bike just wandered straight in front of the truck. She did not look, did not see, did not slow, did not dodge, nothing. Break out another cold one: "It's Darwin Time ...." I would not charge the driver. I would defense that traffic case if I represented the driver against her family. |

Leaving the scene of an accident is a criminal offense here in the US. I'd guess they couldn't care less about such things in Ecuador where this happened.
