oh, you know what? I bet driver was shot by element who first exited car at beginning of video and ran. I didn't see he was running beside car first time I watched, no doubt he had a gun too.

driver was probably hit and dead or panicked and swerved into the other car.

Looks like they were being shot at prior to the crash. I couldn’t see if the windshield was hit or if the driver was hit but chaos is a hell of a drug.
