In Mexico cops are not protected, he can still face charges for killing the guy, that's why they think real good before shooting. In Mexico for you to claim self defense you need to have been shot at first and then you are lawfully allowed to shoot back, you will still be detained, imagine the amount of stupidity of these brown bastards? In Argentina you can claim self defense before you're shot at, but will still be detained. In Brazil you can shot back in self defense and will not be detained. You really need to know your rights depending on which Latinamerican shithole you live.  |
