Yeah my thoughts,i expect he would have been trained in self-defence/martial arts being a cop,he could of kicked the guys hand/arm making him drop the gun,and then overpowered him...he had a few seconds to do so,but failed to take the initiative. The victim looked a muscular guy..R.I.P |

Looks like a definite headshot from the third pic. The shooter's body language when viewed from the second camera angle makes it seem like it's just another day at the office for him. Less than 16 seconds from start to finish looks like business to me.
