Agreed. It also troubles me that not one bullet hit the murdering scumbag. In some police correctional academy's, if you can't qualify to shoot they will put holes in the target for you to pass... if they like you. Sad, but true. So, basically they will pass you to qualify, but they won't be there for you when you are involved in a shooting/shoot out.  |
