I remember seeing this before. They caught the guy and charged him with capital murder of a police officer. I`m sure he`ll never see the light of day. As far as I`m concerned, I would put that fucker in a cell and throw away the key and let him starve to death.

This happened on January 12, 1998 in Georgia. Officer Dinkheller was only 22 years old and had a son on the way. The man was caught and sentenced to death. To verify, type in yahoo search "officer Down", and then click memorial page, at the tab above click officers, and it gives you a search box, type in Dinkheller`s last name, and the story is there.

Officer totally mishandled the situation in every way and paid with his life. First he escalated the situation by issueing orders via loudspeaker and raised tensions then once the guy was agitated he further agitated him by repeating orders that were clearly going to be ignored. It's a tragedy the cop was killed but to mess with a drunk exsoldier is just foolhardy. |

You're sitting here telling me that this scary ass cop is just gonna sit there and let some REDNECK fuck go to his truck and pull out a AK74u and murder him just like that? In my case this cop deserves to get what he got! I hope his wife is now getting banged by his best friend! God, I love cops but not when they let dumb shit like this happen!

No story? All you had to do was Google the deputy's name and, poof, the story pops up like magic. Poor guy -- he should have just shot the motherfucker instead of hesitating. He paid dearly, with his life. For those of you who don't know, this video is sometimes aired on TV on one of those cop shows (I can't recall which one, but I've seen this one several times). He was 22 years old when he died, and the suspect was sentenced to death. The weapon used was a .30 caliber rifle. |
