Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle

This video has always haunted me since I first saw it. It seems like a nightmare or a terrible hallucination- a deadly storm approaching. Out of everything on this site I think this is the one that impacted me the most
I totally agree with you.

All I can think of is that the officer was caught off guard or having a horrible mental error...

Almost as if his training and instincts didn't kick In when they should have....a nightmarish hallucination indeed.

Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle

I would've shot the motherfucker in the leg (or legs) as soon as he advanced on me in a threatening manner.
They have to either use a taser gun or shoot for center mass or else it's 'cruel and unusual'. No shit ain't that something

Re: Deputy Dinkheller Gunned Down by M1 Carbine rifle

What bothers me is no one seems to notice that figure moving around in Andrew Brannan back window, he also points at the cop and saids it's an alien it's an E.T, coincidencely the figure in the truck looks like an alien. Get your phone camera and zoom in and you will see what I'm talking about. Also at 1:10 look above the cops head at the trees you'll also see something strange. What's going on why hasn't any brought this to anyone's attention.

This was well before the tazer era. His indecisiveness is what got him killed unfortunately.

He hit the guy when he first let off rounds. This is why 9mm is a junk round for the most part.

But then again Trooper Coates hit his subject almost point blank center mass with his wheel gun .357 five times I believe and died from a single .22 magnum round under the arm pit.

Good they use this clip for training, to show officers how NOT to react.

My take is that the officer was in denial.

He was too kind hearted and too 'human'.

He gave way way way too many 'chances' to someone that never had any interest in resolving the problems - that he had caused - peacefully.

The cop just didn't want to participate in 'the world' that had presented itself to the officer.

You can be 'too good' a person.
