He was in a confusional state, fact being that he was already wounded. But he was reaching for something in his pants. Who knows what? His willy? Or maybe a gun? It takes a second to shoot and kill someone. Let's say he reached for a gun and shot randomly and killed your mother, and you saw her gurgling blood on the road with a nice DR watermark next to her head. You would be here rambling about how cops don't do their job until an innocent loses his life  |

Cops doing their duty so they're dammed either way. There was a possibility of a gun threat; wheelchair or not. These cases are the type that will always cause a sensation. |
