Not really, police are only allowed to shoot to kill. Its live, or die for the criminals. If 10 gut shots is what it takes, thats perfectly within the law. |

nope im not blind and what cop uses his pistol while holding a K-9 unit... cops are not trained to kill, marines are and the second 5 shots seem like cold blooded murder to me, that cop who fired the last 5 should be locked up...i do however see what your saying and believe the first 5 shots were justified |

I actually live only like 2 minutes away from there. The guys name was Stephen Sanchez/Hernandez or something like that. He was in his mid-20's and went to the college across the street, one of my buddies had a class with him and always said he was a fucking weirdo. The thing of it is though, the taser never actually struck his face. The reason he didn't go down in the first place is because the hoodie he was wearing blocked the barb of the taser which is why he was able to pull it off like a boss. Stupid guy made a "motion" like he was gonna hit the cop and they started blasting. The family is suing MPK PD, and probably going to win since the police reports I've read are nothing but bullshit. The weapon he had wasn't even an axe to begin with. It was an aluminum pipe-bender that was "thought to be an axe". How do you not tell the fucking difference?? MPK PD have always been shoot first ask questions later, and are known to be real assholes. The next step up from them is Alhambra PD which is the next city north of Monterey Park.
