Re: Colorado Cop Shoots and Kills Man After Attempted Traffic Stop
Wow... I mean, what did he THINK would happen? That somehow his aggression would be 'rewarded', I guess, by the cop turning tail or just letting him go? If you get all belligerent and charge someone who's already drawn on you, regardless of reasons leading up to that, you've got it comin'. Also, if you force me to back out into traffic to maintain distance, I'm NOT gonna shoot-to-just-wound... |

No doubt, the community will rally/protest around the death of the "victim" (I use the term very loosely). Props to the cop who did nothing wrong. |

Re: Colorado Cop Shoots and Kills Man After Attempted Traffic Stop
Not to defend the suspect, but there didn't appear to have any visible weapon present in hand or near the subject. He was trying some boxing with him by squaring up with his fist. The less than lethal route would have been the first way. Tazer, Pepper, a baton and wait for backup to arrive... |

Another promising young astrophysicist is cut down in the prime of his life. Good ducking riddance.
