Member of the CJNG executes a possible rival hitman with a Pulsefire UBF flamethrower.

Breathing fire and hot gases cause rapid swelling in mouth, throat, and lungs rendering him unconscious fairly quick.

The flamethrower in use here is a proper liquid-fueled article. Certainly not legal in the US without you paying through the nose as it will no doubt be classified as a Destructive Device.
