It didn’t change because there was no way for the blood to enter or leave his head, he was completely constricted. I don’t understand why he had so much weight!!! He obviously wasn’t even CLOSE to being strong enough to lift that… His arm was shaking as soon as he lifted it. He should have worked up to this weight. Dumbass. I also really like that tree next to him… Very nice decor for a gym!  |

You actually cannot lift it off, its 100 kg on your neck, the dude couldnt even bench that much when it was higher. Now that bar is even lower and his arms cant pivot that much not to mention the sheer weight of 100kg pressing on your arteries and veins, its near impossible unless someone spotted him

If you can't even get one rep out you need to have spotters with you otherwise it's a bit pointless. If he wants to grow he should be going for total failure (ie. unable to lift an empty bar after continual drop sets).. and it's less likely to cause a serious injury. Like this.

Two mistakes here - the obvious one is never attempt to lift a weight that you're not absolutely sure you can lift on your own. I used to workout all the time alone, and I *never* moved something off the rack that I *knew* I couldn't get back up. Second, even if he couldn't get the weight back up, he was strong enough to keep it from rolling down to his neck. Then he could have tilted the barbell enough to push it off onto the ground. I've had to do that. This guy didn't die from the barbell - he died from lack of common sense.
