lets get something clear here....ive judged meets for years....
i have a 25year powerlifting and bodybuilding back ground....

the "form" here is pretty much spot on....if not near perfect.
for meet standards...ala 1 rep max....

we all know his mistake was NOT asking for a spot.

so i would say he was doing body weight plus 75%.....ish
thats actually moving some good weight....he was strong...
