Re: Chinese Weightlifter Suffocates After Barbell Drops on His Neck
lets get something clear here....ive judged meets for years.... i have a 25year powerlifting and bodybuilding back ground.... the "form" here is pretty much spot on....if not near perfect. for meet standards...ala 1 rep max.... we all know his mistake was NOT asking for a spot. as simple as that. |

Re: Chinese Weightlifter Suffocates After Barbell Drops on His Neck
and the "NO MUSCLE" bullshit.... you all know there are weight classes right??? so i would say he was doing body weight plus 75%.....ish thats actually moving some good weight....he was strong... then again we never know what actually happened here. maybe he tore a pec...maybe a front delt...maybe cramp somewhere??....it happens... anyway, im just saying....its not his form....its not his weaklingness. he was ego lifting for the camera....with no one around. got him killed in the end.....tragic |

What a retarded remark. I pity people who allow others to dictate their "allowable" vocabulary terms to them. I once fired a publisher who tried that with me.
