The body of Senior RR was found about 24 hours after he was swept away by the current of a river in the town of La Victoria, part of the municipality of Catemaco, and drowned.

I presume that before the footage starts, he was wading around in the flooded stream for fun and then got too close to the action.

Young Rodrigo,21, dedicated himself to making shoes and doing farm work, and sometimes he also went fishing.

There were reports that hours before he was having a beer with other men from the town; but it is unknown if he had been drinking to the point of falling into the river and not being able to get out. What is most regrettable is the lack of help from all the people who were there.
