3 Men Found Hanged Wearing Hats and 1 Dead on the Ground
Four subjects were tortured and executed in Concordia, south of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, three of them were hanged and put hats on. The site where the bodies were found is on the side of the federal highway Mexico 15. T The hitmen also left a banner with a Narcomessage that threatened those who worked for the La Mayiza faction. In addition, the hats they put on them had the initials MF in allusion to El Mayito Flaco. |
