For real. He kept the man as much in the centre of the camera as possible, as he was falling. I wouldn't say he's cold, though. He didn't have him in focus at all as he ran to him. Once there was nothing he could do, sure, he did not disappoint.

Someone could’ve at least pulled the car forward a little to release the lady instead of leaving her dangling after the guy left to jump.
