china. The man accidentally hit a woman with his car. He tried to rescue her, but failed. Then he turned around and walked towards the edge of the bridge—with the woman's screams of agony behind him—and jumped off the bridge. Two speculations: The man had not purchased car insurance. The man had been driving under the influence of alcohol, so the insurance company would not cover his actions. |

In China if you hurt someone and they live you have to pay them a monthly allowance. Basically making you a slave to whoever you hurt. That's why no one helps people in China because you can held liable for their injuries for been near them.

So if you are about to hit someone, don't brake to lessen the impact so he survives; step on the gas and ram him till he dies properly, then make a one-time compensation.
