Re: Brazilian Policeman Executes Street Vendor in Broad Daylight
Looks like a lawless bunch that have no respect for the laws in their country... or they need to take their country back from the government that employs these cops....

Re: Brazilian Policeman Executes Street Vendor in Broad Daylight
Once again, everything is so simple: - no reason to pull the gun - no reason at all to hold everyday citizens at gun point This situatioin could have been easily avoided. The street vendor was shot unintentionally, yet it's the cop's fault. Bad training. Reminds me of the guy shot in Berlin last year. |

Re: Brazilian Policeman Executes Street Vendor in Broad Daylight
The cop should not be in jail he was clearly in his right to shoot off that round after he turned his head and that man jumped towards him and grabbed his can of pepper spray, the man got what he deserved period, the officer showed tremendous restraint to only fire off one round right at the man who jumped for his pepper spray. |

Re: Brazilian Policeman Executes Street Vendor in Broad Daylight
It didn't even look like the cop took aim,...he was trying to scare the guy back. The dude made a threatening jester, cop didn't mean to kill him...lesson here, don't rush a cop...duh! |

Re: Brazilian Policeman Executes Street Vendor in Broad Daylight
Pretty sure this is rule #2 and #346 in the "How Not to Get Dead by Cop" handbook.... do as the cop says and don't pepper-spray a cop (especially in the "ready to fire" position).
