Re: Tyler Ziegel Iraq War Survivor
"Poor Man"? This fucker was an invader of a country that did NOTHING to him. Fuck him! I saw this guy on TV and he said if his trigger finger still worked he'd keep going back to Iraq. Wonder how he would treat the ppl of Iraq after being burned so bad by an IED in Iraq. He also likes Fox news, stated on his facebook page. Pretty sure that's what got you in this mess in the first place |

Re: Tyler Ziegel Iraq War Survivor
from reading the comments, it is clear to see that many did not bother to read the article in black knights second post. it was rather long but also informative. as i see it... nowadays divorce is all too common. i find it strange that so much emphasis is put on their divorce when so many other couples are also getting divorced. divorce happens. a change in looks may or may not have an effect on a relationship. as i see it, they did not need to work. that alone can be stressful. too much of anyone in your face nearly 24/7 can drive you crazy no matter how good or how terrible you feel as to their physical appearance. they get along fine now that they are not in each others face all of the time. perhaps they were too young to truly be in a 100% committment to each other but then again many present day marriages are no different. at least they are still friends which is more than what can be said about the majority of other divorced couples.

Re: Tyler Ziegel Iraq War Survivor
The story here is that these kids were brutally disabused of the naive idea that young love is immediate and transcendent. If a couple had been together for 10 or 20 years, and were past the raging hormone stage, it'd be much more likely that they'd stay together after one of them were disfigured. They will have come to care about each other in a way made possible only by the passage of time together. Marital love *starts* with physical attraction. It takes time for passion to develop into lasting love that is not dependent upon looks. Also, "conceded" means to have given in to, or to have admitted to being wrong. What you mean is "conceited," as in "Only a conceited, misogynist prick would think that a woman couldn't possibly earn her own job pay and benefits." Marine pay starts at less than $10k per year. What a fucking gold digger! |
