Manhandling Handcuffed + Shot Young Men...
Would have made sense to uncuff these 2 since it doesn't look like they'd be able to just run off! One of the young men looks like he's been shot in his back. I have no idea if they died or not, so mods feel free to move this to the appropriate section if needed. |
