From researching I came across that too. But official diagnosis was strep with necrotised tissue. To be honest their guess was as good as mine. Pretty fascinating stuff not “actually knowing” where it officially came from. Some doctors said it could have come from anywhere. A public toilet door for example (I wash my hands haha). But yeah. Am here to tell the tale so that’s all that matters |

Penicillin and OxyContin 4 times a day for 2 weeks. High as a kite but seemingly did the trick. Very good question though. I was on Cephalexin originally for the first few days and all it did was stop it spreading, didn’t kill the actual infection off. So had to take it to the next level haha. Quite interesting what works and doesn’t with different people.
