Somewhere between "Zit" and "Carbuncle" is where I would have sought professional assistance. This appears to be a bit beyond the skills of an amateur with an exacto knife and rubbing alcohol.

When I was young, my mom had a press for making homemade noodles. The spaghetti press was my favorite, but after watching that thing get squeezed, I will not be using it again!! That was gross!! Thanks!!

Lol….. yup but now I have an 5 inch depression dent from the back of my head and neck
Had surgery to remove it, it was an open wound that had go for dressing almost every day ,it took me almost 6 weeks for the wound completely close. I lost 80% muscle tissue at the back of neck.
