Let us consider the date that this thread started: She is either very dead by now, or she is very much alive, and has ceased the self mutilating and utterly malicious behaviour.
Also, I would be led to believe that she has a medical educational background, as the stitching could have been self executed. That would fall in line with the idea that she knows the area and the maximum depth of cutting without dying. It might also explain the needle piercing her shnozz in that one picture. Impressive person, though. Only ever saw one thing like this in real life, and even then, there were only four or five cuts with similar severity.
