The fetus dies within a few minutes of the mother's death. Mom can't have been dead awhile and the baby still moving.

The second mom dies, the baby suffocates. It has no other means of oxygen than it's living mother's pumping heart.

She may not even be pregnant. There are lots of conditions/ailments that would cause a distended abdomen.
