WTF??? If she's pregnant, it looks like the fetal head is trying to perform its own c-section, which indicates that her abdominal wall has been completely breached.

Also, notice the area I circled in red: ![]() Is that her clothing or a massive gas blister on her skin (like the ones you typically see on decomposing corpses, not on living people)? Since she's obviously not dead as evidenced by the breathing, is it possible that, among other things, she has gas gangrene? |

I just can't stand maggots, but what I don't understand is - who would impregnate such a *sorry*, hideous creature? I know they say you don't look at the mantelpiece when you're stoking the fire, but she's in nobody's league. |
