Speed is probably of the essence too. Dead bodies lying around could cause even more pestilence and death...there just seems to be such a coincidence, lessee, Tuskegee, Katrina, AIDS destroyed Africa, Haiti...

I was thinking the same thing. I would not want my baby thrown in the back of a pick up, without any clothes on, for all perves to see.
