Not quite true. Circumcision for religious reasons is illegal however in the case of having a medical issue concerning a tight foreskin for example, sure. No prob. I think quite many European countries share this stand.

The CDC estimates it happens 3,600 times each year just in NY city,wonder how many times it happens worldwide.

 I don't have a problem with the practice of a Circumcision procedure itself, but the action of the Rabbi is sick  There is no argument that makes what happened after the snipping of this baby or any other child alright or credible. It's simple... that's sexual perversion proving he's a sexual deviant and as if that wasn't bad enough he infected them with a horrible disease.   |

This doesn’t even make sense. If the man had Heroes on his mouth, Simplex Thpe 1, the baby would have Herpes on his penis, not his eyes and head. The man didn’t suck the babies eye, of did he?
