It's Judaism, the guy performs the ritual is called a Moyle(sic), and the late great Christopher Hitchens wrote about the practice in "God Is Not Great", and this cross contamination from the Moyle's mouth to the boy's penis with herpes is well documented. And I don't think the guy just sucks off the blood, I think he also sucks off the foreskin after it's been cut loose. Truly disgusting.
