Re: My Spinal Cord Stimulator
How exciting!! Tomorrow at 10am GMT I'm getting an upgrade I'm going to wear my knickers that have Bugs Bunny on the back saying "What's up doc?" It is far smaller and a lot more long-lasting than my current big abdominal Medtronic one. Get this, the remote control alone is worth £1500 Here is the company's "Control your Pain" website who make my new model: http://www.controlyourpain.com/explo..._about_scs.cfm · |

Re: My Spinal Cord Stimulator
My upgrade went great The op itself was very unpleasant, done under loads of industrial strength local but no sedation. I felt, heard and smelled everything, it made me curse the place down It's now 2 days on and I'm in a lot of pain where the old one was removed from my abdomen, new one in my upper buttock and two new leads fed under my skin from the battery into my lowest thoracic spinal region. The unit works far better than my old one |
