Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
As someone who's pretty active in the trans community I think the procedure's gotten much better over the years, and nowadays they look less 'fake', especially after having healed completely (which you don't really see much of). Anyway, the guy with the tatted cock can come play over at my house any time ;D

Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
From what I have heard, they leave the vaginal opening, it's just tucked back. This surgery would optimally be done after the hysterectomy! Also, they do route the urethra through the new genitalia. They use the clit to form the head of the dick. The transmen I've spoken to have mixed reviews on whether they can orgasm or not, but say that it's worth it to feel whole. Hope this helped! |

Re: Female-to-Male Gender Re-assignment Surgery (GRS) - Phalloplasty
one thing though, the ones having that done to themselves must have one hell of a love for their partner. they'd go to any length to satisfy their partners even when theyre not sure they would be satisfied themselves. i think most who goes through that already have an ongoing relationships and want their partners to be more at ease even to the lovemaking point.
