I've also seen pictures where you can see hair growing on their "penis". Since they use the skin from the arm after a while they have a hairy "dick". So who wants a hairy flesh tube made of arm skin inside of them?  |

It is interesting to see medical science do weird shit like this and if it makes these people happy with themselves more power to them. I thought the Penis to Vag surgery's looked bad, after seeing these fake sausages the Vag' don't seem so bad. The level of desperation to "feel normal" must be humongous to want to undertake these type of surgeries so willingly. |

Gonna try to answer some of questions! Yes most transmen do chose to reroute the urethra through their penis so they can pee standing up. The testicles are made from prosthetics inserted into the labia majora. In transmen who've had hysterectomies, the vaginal vault is closed during this surgery. The labia majora is turned into testicles and the vagina is closed to have the least amount of female parts. Some transmen chose to have their clitoris "buried" in their penis, i.e. you cannot see it anymore but it is still there under the skin. I don't know the percentage but I do know that some transmen are able to achieve orgasm from penetrative sex from their buried clitoris. Then with other men, they chose to keep it visible/on the outside as you can see in some of the pictures. These surgeries are usually done in stages. One of the last stages is the insertion of the penile implant which will allow them to have erections. Just like biomen who get penile implants for erectile dysfunction. Lastly I want to mention that for transmen, it's usually not about the size, shape, color, the fact that there's a tattoo or "arm hair" on their penis, but that they actually have one and are able to feel male. Just having something between their legs that is their own body makes them feel better.  |
