Some cultures (eg. Chinese) will stand on the toilet and hover rather then sit on it. In there home countries toilets are more like large sinks on the ground. Toilets get damaged all the time because of this. I'm not sure why they can't leave there feet on the ground and hover just like chicks do at Wal-Mart. I guess they can get a better squat if they stand on it.
