probably used an angle grinder with cutting disk and the disk shattered. happened to our neighbor once. but in his case, a triangular chunk of shattered disk entered his chest and pierced his heart. thats why people in our house never allow workers to use a grinder without the cover and no one should be nearby when such tools is being operated. |
