my old man had breast cancer and survived due to radical surgery. Yes, my dad has only one nipple left (actually the right one).
It was pretty hard to make a grumpy 6"4 ft bearded man accept he suffers from breast cancer. When getting prepared for surgery he joked about having access to the girls world in hospital

I actually have 2 uncles who had breast cancer. It’s all over my family tree. Fucking sucks. How is your dad?
