Being the little white objects vary in size, I think that they are the little styrofoam beads that are in bean-bag chairs/seats.

I don't think those are pills...the sizes vary too much...looks like that packing material stuff or the stuff in beanbags (just like cabriolet said). She has a coin on her belly...looks like the place she was in is trashed too.... |
