The white dots are pills. At the far left, you can see the bottle. Phone cord around the neck, stabbed multiple times, pills thrown about. This is why you don't hang around drug dealers.

The knife was pretty good size. If you take one of the ovals and squeeze it together that is the the width of the blade. Notice how vicious the attack some wounds are almost in the same hole. wolfie |
