Re: Teen Girl Shoots Herself After A Fight With Her Parents
what didnt make sense? the first which is fact-based statistics? the second, sarcasm? perhaps the third, truth? since you cannot read well, i made the above tard-proof. so instead of schoolyard childish deflection, you cite what needs clarification. |

Re: Teen Girl Shoots Herself After A Fight With Her Parents
i bet a dozen oxys and a pint of alcohol like bourbon before bedtime will get you 99.9% if not 100. i had a cousin commit suicide by drinking drano. if i remember the hospital prolongued her death for three days on top of it. i had a buddy in high school chin a shotgun and spread his pudding. his dad rushed in and he died less than 3 months later too. natural causes but ill swear by a broken heart. had a buddy down two oxys and some whiskey after we all played poker one nite. he was found three days later. worst one was a fellow Marine and graduate of Notre Dame who went into the hills and shot himself in the gut and they said he lived up to three days before dying. when its time its time looks real in that context |

Re: Teen Girl Shoots Herself After A Fight With Her Parents
Suicide rates between the US and Western Europe are similar, despite much higher gun ownership in the US. Suicide rates by US state do not have any correlation to gun ownership rates. What all of that points to is that if a gun is not available, another method will be found. Personally, I think that one of the benefits of owning a firearm is the ability to kill yourself instantly, without suffering, should circumstances warrant it (ie incurable, painful fatal disease, not that I'm thinking of doing it). The focus on firearms "related" deaths instead of homicides, is a way for anti-2nd Amendment groups to fluff the numbers and mask the ineffectiveness restrictive gun laws have had on violent crime. |

Re: Teen Girl Shoots Herself After A Fight With Her Parents
I don't believe this, and I don't think there is evidence to support it: it is so easy to retire to a bedroom and pull out a pistol in a moment of passion, and flex your index finger.....it is not nearly as easy to do so with chemicals, ropes, knives, carbon monoxide, jumping, etcetera....
