Re: Rapist Killed by Victim's Family.
Oh, and by the way, as an example, let's say that if a rapist held a knife to your throat and gave you a choice between rape and murder. What would you choose ? I bet that at that particular moment you would choose rape over murder. You would choose to live and be able to see your loved ones. You would take the chance at finding a way of overcoming the trauma afterwards. |

Re: Rapist Killed by Victim's Family.
would i - perhaps you are correct, but then perhaps you need to think about my answer when not in the heat of the moment . . . . . either before the choice or after the act has been performed. then the answer could be 100% different and no less valid i could respond to your comment on the suicide rate, but then those with no idea on the subject of suicide would claim my response was a forgery but have you ever considered that some who are raped have no desire for their rapist to win so try and keep living as long and (outwardly at least) as happy as possible or maybe they have religious beliefs that prevent suicide or they do not wish to cause their family any more pain |

Re: Rapist Killed by Victim's Family.
i think most of us are suggesting that if he did rape someone, we do not care what the mob did to him for sure, mob justice is not that great all of the time; probably most of the time, but "if" they did get the rapist, then good riddance to him. hopefully he felt a lot of pain the fact is, a rapist or murderer is guilty no matter what conclusion a court comes to. therefore i do not care how they catch them, as long as they catch the right one |
