Man Shoots Child, Locals Decapitate Man.
On Wednesday the 7th September, a male fired shots that hit a 2 year old child, killing him. Locals took it upon themselves to dish out cold justice. The shooter was decapitated and his head left in the street.      |

Hopefully the police will do the right thing and collect the evidence and file it away immediately as "cold case". I'm not normally for Vigilantism; but this seems clear cut and immediate justice from first hand witnesses; not a hear-say maybe he did it scenario. Immediate Justice Neatly Served. |
