The second photo was photo shopped to take out the blood and light on the floor and her hair is in a different position and her eyes looks dead but the photos below her eyes look alive, so my question is did someone photo shop this to make it seem necrophilia when it was just some dead chick

As long as the victim isn't under 18 then cases reports involving sexual abuse are permitted. There are many threads showing raped women.
