Okay, I did some Googling about it and it's pretty obvious the text is fake, a copypasta. Apparently, the pictures are real but nothing seems to be known about the backstory. Most likely doesn't have anything to do with necrophilia. Otherwise the autopsu appears to be standard, however the brain removal is usually to check for evidence of diseases not as common in the first world. Conclusion, more then likely taken at a medical school in east block Europe or Russia. Nothing illegal, was probally a cadaver sold to the school." Oh, and hi, everyone.
