that's what happens when you fix something without cutting off the power first...

Re: Machine Accident at Work

maybe... but what if thats the reason why he stuck his head in> the machine is malfunctioning or defective. maybe tried to fix it forgetting to cut off the mains first. sometimes,,, work pressure makes people forget or omit safety precautions to meet the deadline...

Re: Machine Accident at Work

He could have been a new guy and didn't time himself right. Or he could have done it intentionaly. Odd thing is, I don't see a trip switch/button in his near visinity like there's supposed to be. The modern ones have lazer beams that stops the machine if it detects something in it's way.
3rd world manufacturing man...laser beams and trip switches...ya right..lol.

Re: Machine Accident at Work

Their shoud be two lines holding on to both sides of the metal sheet. The one on the right is missing. Maybe it broke and dropped the metal sheet on him.

Re: Machine Accident at Work

I have no clue what that particular machine is meant to do, but ever sence there have been machines there have been accidents involving them. Sure its gotten safer over time, but its still possible. These pics are evidence of that . . .
