From the Australian Touring Car Championship 1966 and Bob Jane's Mustang breaks an axle at Catalina Park resulting in a three full rolls over the fence, but amazingly no major injury.

Talmadge Prince's fatal crash at the 1970 Daytona Qualifying Race.
This was Prince first race at this level and when he lost control after the Dodge's engine blew he was t-boned by Bill Seifert's Ford, losing his life instantly with injuries including a broken back.
