Tweekers and knives are not a good combo.

That dude had been walking upright for a bit. Lots of the blood that he had on his pants due to gravity and absorption. An abdominal evisceration is actually easy to repair when the patient is brought back to a surgeon. I just dont understand how he was able to penetrate through the abdominal muscle, tissue, and fascia.

He must have been on something other than just METH. He was probably taking some really hard core pain killers (synthetic opiates) to numb his senses. Methamphetamines are sympathetic nervous system stimulants. That would create a heightened sense of awareness, smell, sight, hearing, etc. Not dull them down...
